Daylight Savings Time is March 9, 2014. This means that we will “spring forward” (catchy little saying) an hour.
What does this mean? Yes, we will lose an hour of sleep. However, on the upside, the days will gradually get longer and the weather will start to warm up.
Daylight savings time officially begins at 2:00 am on Sunday March 9, 2014, but very few of us are actually awake at 2:00 am to set the clocks forward. Before you go to bed, set all of your clocks forward one hour. This will mean that your clocks will be set to the correct time when you wake up in the morning. If you’re like me, you don’t want to wake up in the morning and immediately lose an hour before your first cup of coffee.
The good news is with time your body’s clock will adjust on its own.
